Are Your Blends Vegan and Guten-free?

Yes. Every Konay blend is 100% vegan and gluten-free. We do not use any animal-derived ingredients, gluten-containing grains, or artificial additives of any kind.

Do Your Blends Contain Salt?

Our Pink Lady blend contains Pink Himalayan salt, which is naturally mineral-rich and lower in sodium than table salt. Our other three blends  Golden Girl, Herb'Ert, and Cabin Feverrr, are formulated to reduce sodium dependency entirely, so you get all the bold flavor without the heavy salt load.

Are Your Products FDA Approved?

Spice blends do not require FDA pre-approval for sale. However, all Konay products are produced in a licensed commercial kitchen facility in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, and all labels are fully FDA-compliant, including nutrition facts panels, ingredient lists, allergen callouts, and the required Pennsylvania cottage food statement. Please note that our health-related claims have not been evaluated by the FDA and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Do Your Products Contain Any Of The Major Allergens?

Our products are produced in a facility that also handles common allergens. Please review the full ingredient list on each product label carefully before purchasing if you have a known allergy or sensitivity.

What Are The Health Benefits Of Your Blends?

Each blend is formulated with specific wellness benefits in mind. Golden Girl supports anti-inflammatory response and is antioxidant-rich. Herb-Ert promotes digestive support and gut health. Cabin Feverrr contains ingredients known for cholesterol-lowering properties. Pink Lady offers mineral-rich, low-sodium flavor. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.

How Should I Use Konay Spice Blends?

Our blends are multipurpose and designed to work across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Use them as a dry rub, a marinade base, a seasoning for roasted vegetables, a flavor boost for soups and stews, or a finishing touch on eggs, rice, and grains. What Are Your Jars Made Of?

All Konay blends come in 8oz BPA-free and PFA-free PET plastic jars with a black cap. The transparent design lets you see the vibrant colors of each blend because we believe transparency is a value, not just a packaging choice.

Are Your Labels FDA-compliant?

Yes. Every label includes a nutrition facts panel, full ingredient list, allergen callouts, net weight, and FDA-disclaimer.

How Should I Store My Konay Spice Blends?

Store your blends in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid storing near the stove where steam and moisture can affect the potency of the spices.

What Is The Shelf Life Of Your Blends?

When stored properly, Konay blends maintain peak flavor and potency for 1–2 years. Spices do not spoil in the traditional sense, but their freshness and effectiveness can diminish over time. For the best experience, we recommend using your blend within 12 months of opening.

How Do I Place An Order?

Simply browse our Shop, add your favorite blends to your cart, and check out. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.

Can I Change Or Cancel My Order After Placing It?

We begin processing orders quickly, so changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact us immediately at support@konayspiceshop.com if you need to make a change and we will do our best to accommodate you before the order ships.

Do You Offer Bundles Or Gift Sets?

Yes! We offer two bundle options. The Mix & Match 3-Pack lets you choose any 2 dry blends and a salt blend for $18.00. The Flavors, Love & Tradition Set includes all four signature Konay blends for $24.00. Perfect for gifting or stocking your full kitchen with everything Konay has to offer.

How Much Do Your Blends Cost?

Each individual blend is $6.99 per 8oz jar. Bundle options are available for added savings.

Do you offer wholesale pricing for retail stores?

Yes. If you are a retailer, specialty food store, restaurant, wellness center, or co-op interested in carrying our blends, we would love to connect. Head to our Let’s Chat page and fill out the wholesale inquiry form. We will follow up within 2–3 business days.

How Long Does It Take To Process My Order?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. As a small-batch brand, every order is packed with care and intention

How Long Will Delivery Take After My Order Ships?

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Standard shipping is $4.99. Orders over $35 ship free.

Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?

What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

We take great care in packaging every order. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@konayspiceshop.com with your order number and a photo of the damage and we will make it right.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Due to the nature of consumable food products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened products.

What If I Received The Wrong Item?

If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours at support@konayspiceshop.com with your order number and a photo. We will send the correct item at no additional cost.
